I received an email from a guy who claimed to be an American in New Zealand. He wrote with great flourish about how my emails brought him immeasurable happiness and he hoped God would bless our correspondence.

Then one day I got an email that said "Dear Sally, thank you for the poetry" and he went on to say what immeasurable happiness her emails brought him and how he hoped God would bless their correspondence.

I wrote him back and told him my name wasn't Sally and I didn't write poetry. He must be sending the same letter to many women. His flowery writing style sounds more like a mid-east Mulsim than an American New Zealander. Some of those Pakistani guys get very elaborate in their correspondence with women.
